DRUM CLOSING INSTRUCTIONS

The Sycamore Drum is typically supplied with one National Pipe Thread (NPT) and one Course Thread (Buttress). Always make sure you are installing the correct plug in each opening. Each of these plugs is supplied with a gasket.

Before you install the plugs for shipping make sure the threads are dry. This will make a better seal and keep you from getting a false torque reading.

Install the plugs and torque them down to 25-30 Ft-Lbs each.

This sheet is to go with every drum shipment to ensure it is available to the end user at all times.
